Training and Healthcare All In One Place

Athletic Training for Every Body

You don't have to be a competitive athlete to work with an athletic trainer. If you run, lift, hike, play recreational sports, go to the gym, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident in your body, you're in the right place.

As a licensed athletic trainer, I take a more comprehensive approach to training. Your sessions can include strength and conditioning, performance training, mobility, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sports nutrition. All tailored to where you are and where you want to go.

While I am also a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, I view these certifications as tools in my athletic training toolbox. I bring them together to provide a more comprehensive approach to helping you move, get stronger, recover from injury, and reach your goals.

The difference is that we don't have to separate your training from your health. If something starts hurting, we can evaluate it. If you've been injured, we can work through your rehabilitation. If you need hands-on care or a change in your program, we can address that too. And when you're ready, we can seamlessly progress back into strength, performance, and the activities you love.

Instead of starting with personal training and figuring out what to do when an injury gets in the way, we start with a licensed healthcare professional who understands the whole process. From injury prevention and rehabilitation to building strength, capacity, and confidence.

Whether you're an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone trying to move better and feel stronger, athletic training can be for you.
